Our scoring model
Each casino is scored out of 10. The score is a weighted average of six areas rather than a single overall impression, so two casinos with the same headline bonus can still end up far apart.
- Trust and licensing — 25%: who operates the site, which licence it holds, ownership transparency and public complaint history.
- Payouts and withdrawals — 25%: withdrawal speed, limits, KYC triggers and how predictable cashouts are.
- Bonuses and terms — 15%: wagering requirements, max bet rules, expiry windows and how clearly the terms are written.
- Game library — 15%: number of slots and live tables, studio quality and availability of provably fair originals.
- Payments — 10%: supported coins and networks, fees, minimums and fiat options.
- Experience and support — 10%: mobile usability, page speed, language coverage and support responsiveness.
How we collect the facts
We register an account, deposit where possible, play, and request at least one withdrawal before publishing a review. Anything we cannot verify ourselves is either sourced from the operator's own terms and licence register entries or left out.
Reviews are refreshed when an operator changes licence, bonus structure or payment options, and we date every page so you can see how current it is.
What lowers a score
- Missing or unverifiable licence information.
- Wagering requirements above 45x or hidden max-cashout caps.
- Repeated, credible reports of delayed or refused withdrawals.
- Terms that allow confiscation of winnings for vague reasons.
- No working responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion.
Independence
