Set your limits first

  • Decide a budget before you deposit and never top it up to chase a loss.
  • Use deposit, loss and session limits — every licensed casino must offer them.
  • Keep gambling money separate from money you need for rent, food or bills.
  • Never gamble with borrowed funds or credit.
  • Take regular breaks; cooling-off periods are one click away at most operators.

Warning signs

Gambling has become a problem when you play longer or for more than planned, hide it from people close to you, borrow to keep playing, or feel anxious and irritable when you stop.

Where to get help

  • Poland: Uzależnienia behawioralne helpline 801 889 880 (free, daily).
  • Germany: BZgA gambling helpline 0800 1 372 700 (free, anonymous).
  • International: GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org) and Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org).

Self-exclusion and blocking software

Most operators let you self-exclude for a fixed period or permanently from account settings. Blocking tools such as Gamban, BetBlocker and GamBlock work across devices and are free or low cost.

Under-18s must not gamble. We do not knowingly market to minors, and every operator we list is required to verify age.
